All arriving passengers on Malawi Airlines flights are met by our Customer Relation Officers to guide them through to the Passport Control and Baggage Claim area or through the transit exit for connecting passengers.

While waiting for passport clearance passengers can check the wide screen display which indicates at which belt passengers can claim their baggage.

A small Duty Free Shop is available at the Baggage Claim Area. Banks and a booth for local mobile lines are also available.

Malawi Airlines has a Customer Service Desk and Office right at the Baggage Claim Area on service 24hrs 7 days a week. In case of missing or damaged baggage our Customer Service Agents are on hand to assist you.

Malawian Customs has Green and Red Channel. However, be prepared to have your baggage and hand bag to pass through the Baggage X-Ray machine.
