Cloud Nine Lounge, located at the Departure Hall, is exclusive for our Cloud Nine Passengers where they can wait for their flight in a relaxing and quiet atmosphere in comfortable seats. Passengers here do not need to worry when to board their flights as Customer Service Agents will personally come to announce the departure time for each flight. For customer’s who have questions connected with their flights, a Customer Service agent is on hand manning the counter.

A variety of refreshments, cold and hot snacks and a selection of reading materials are available at all times. The Lounge has a wireless connection and personal computers are also available for customers’ use. For those interested to watch international news or follow a program there are wall mounted TV screens.
